WILD ROSE, Wis. – In case you missed it, Tammy Baldwin campaigned across Wisconsin on her “In Your Corner” tour to highlight the work she’s doing to support our small businesses, invest in communities of color, strengthen our democracy, and ensure equal access to Wisconsin sports for every fan.
“On my weeklong ‘In Your Corner’ statewide tour, I traveled to communities all over the state to hear about the issues that matter most,” said Tammy Baldwin. “Whether it’s working to create jobs, cut costs, expand affordable health care, or stand up for our freedoms, Wisconsinites have my word that I’ll always be in their corner, ready to take on the biggest fights and win.”
Day 1
Tammy launched her “In Your Corner” tour in Burnett County with a roundtable discussion with the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin Tribal Council.
Tammy then headed down to St. Croix County to meet with supporters at a meet & greet that highlighted her work on the “Go Pack Go Act” ahead of the upcoming Packers season.
Day 2
On Day 2 of her “In Your Corner” tour, Tammy held a roundtable discussion with Latino leaders in Milwaukee.
Day 3
Tammy took a brief detour from the campaign trail to speak on the final night of the Democratic National Convention.
Day 4
After the Democratic National Convention, Tammy was back on the campaign trail to speak with workers and unions at the AFL-CIO’s Annual Building Trades Conference in Elkhart Lake.
Tammy then headed down to Glendale for a meet & greet with Grassroots North Shore.
Day 5
On Day 5 of her “In Your Corner” tour, Tammy kicked off a canvass launch in Madison with local supporters.
Day 6
On Day 6, Tammy started off her day in Black Earth for a meet & greet with grassroots organizing group, the “Mazomanie Muddlers,” and Dane County supporters. Afterwards, Tammy traveled up to Black River Falls for a roundtable discussion with Ho-Chunk Nation leaders
Day 7
On Day 7 of her “In Your Corner” tour, Tammy toured Black-owned small business, BP Smokehouse, in Tomah.
Tammy rounded out her week of travels in Wild Rose for a meet & greet with Waushara County supporters.
