ICYMI: Tammy Baldwin’s Statewide, Five-Day “Dairyland Tour”

ICYMI: Tammy Baldwin’s Statewide, Five-Day “Dairyland Tour”

In case you missed it, Tammy Baldwin campaigned across Wisconsin on her five-day statewide Dairyland tour last week to highlight the issues at the heart of communities across Wisconsin. Tammy held roundtable discussions about tribal health care issues and farmers mental health, visited Main Street small businesses, toured manufacturers who are benefitting from her Made in America legislation, and met with supporters to talk about the stakes of 2024.

“On my statewide, five-day Dairyland Tour, I met with Wisconsinites from red, blue, and purple, rural, urban, and suburban communities all over the state to listen to them and hear about the most pressing issues they’re facing,” said Tammy Baldwin. “I’m taking everything I heard right back to Washington to find solutions for our families and keep moving America’s Dairyland forward.”

Start to finish, Tammy traveled 1,400 miles and visited 19 counties. She made stops in Douglas, Bayfield, Ashland, Oneida, Lincoln, Wood, Marathon, Waupaca, Outagamie, Winnebago, Dodge, Jefferson, Green, Richland, Vernon, La Crosse, Juneau, Sauk, and Columbia counties. From kicking off her tour in a snowstorm in Superior and visiting famous Made in Wisconsin manufacturers in Central Wisconsin and the Fox Valley to having a Spotted Cow at New Glarus Brewing Company and ending her tour on an Original Wisconsin Duck Tour, Tammy made the most of her tour across America’s Dairyland.
