Tammy Baldwin said.

Baldwin, D-Madison, sits on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and its Subcommittee on Energy and Air Quality.  She said much of the discussion about global warming is going on there.  It's been a long road, but the committee recently passed energy independence legislation that could be debated on the House floor as soon as the end of this month..."
